Orders placed in Canada are billed in Canadian dollars; all other orders are billed in US dollars. Shipping fees for back issues are calculated automatically, based on shipping address.
 

Subscriptions

Purchase a two-year subscription for yourself or send one (or two or ten) as gifts. Gifts will include a card with your name as the gift-giver. The cost of a subscription depends on where you (or the recipient of the gift) live.
